How do I find Products?

1. Products in this site are arranged in a number of categories such as Bras, Briefs, Bridal or Hosiery. Simply click on one of the category links in the header to begin browsing.
2. You will be shown a range of subcategories. For example Bras could be full cup, half cup, convertable or contour. Click on one of the subcategories.
3. Small images of each product in that subcategory will appear. Simply click on the product you wish to view and full details will appear.
4. If you wish to purchase the product you are viewing then select your desired size and colour from the drop down menus and click on the "Add to Bag" button (you can remove the product later if you change your mind).
5. Continue browsing our range until you have placed all the products you want in your shopping bag. You can view the contents of your bag and remove products from it by clicking the "View Shopping Bag" link in the header.

How do I Purchase Products?

1. To purchase the products in
    your shopping bag, click the
    "Finalise Purchase" link in the
    header.
2. A new, secure window will
    appear in which you can enter
    your payment and delivery
    details. For information on how

    secure, see our security page.
3. When you have entered all your
    details, a summary page will
    appear.
4. To send your encrypted payment and delivery details through
    our SSL3.0 Thawte Certificated Secure server, click the "Send
    order through a Secure Server" button.
5. Otherwise, if you are unsure about sending your details across
    the internet, click the "Print a Copy of this Order" link then
    either fax it to us or call us on 9321 8820 to complete your
    order.

What If I Purchase The Wrong Size?

We are happy to exchange products based on choosing the wrong size provided they are not worn and the items are not hosiery.

What If the Product is Damaged?

1. All items are checked to make sure that they are well made and defect free before shipping.
2. In the event that a faulty product is sent, we will happily exchange this product.

Returns Policy

1. We are happy to exchange bras and briefs and non-hosiery lingerie items for different sizes if you choose the wrong size. Additional postage may be chargable.
2. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of hosiery because of incorrect size or colour choice. Please choose your hosiery wisely.

Delivery Charges

Postage & packing is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order.

While we make every effort within reason to ensure that this calculation is accurate under certain circumstances the postage cost calculated may be in error and not cover the real delivery costs.

Under these circumstances we reserve the right to not proceed with the order. Instead we will contact you and inform you of the actual cost and give you the option of proceeding with the revised delivery charges, or cancelling your order.
